- I have suffered from migraine headaches on and off since age 18. I've created this blog in the hopes that my experiences can help someone. Maybe by actually writing about my experiences, I may actually even help myself. I am a loving mom of two, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I love to run, read and be around my family. I love music, traveling, flowers and art.

Sigh... been there... done that... hopefully she'll catch on quickly!
Have u gotten ne of the puppy training pads...AWESOME. Just keep moving them toward the door!
